Our tips for managing your tiredness
Tiredness is sometimes annoying and we would gladly do without. Here are some tips to help you manage them better when they happen to you or even avoid them altogether (1,2).
Walking: going for a walk for a few minutes will help you wake up your body but also your mind. This technique is even more effective than sugar.
Eat balanced: start the day with a good breakfast will help you start your day: Cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, dairy product. Skipping this important meal can only lower your energy level for the whole day. Continue on the launch and light dinner for lunch with dishes rich in vitamins, slow sugar. Remember to hydrate yourself well and avoid succumbing to the temptation of sugar, especially refined sugar, which greatly increases your blood sugar levels and will only increase your loss of energy once digested.
Take a mini nap: this is not always possible, but it is really ideal for regaining your vitality. But be careful, only 20 minutes are enough and do not take a nap after 4 p.m. otherwise your sleep will be disturbed the following night.
Sleep well: it makes sense, but it's not always easy to do. The recommendation for an adult is 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night to be in good shape during the day. If you are sleep deprived there is a good chance that you will have even more intense bar hits.
